    Onsite Service Desk Engineer

    Skills:

    • will have good knowledge of Windows Workstations Hardware
    • supporting Microsoft software (Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Server etc.)
    • face to face customer service experience
    • 365 Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Online
    • supporting macOS software.

    This role would require you to:

    • 5 day's a week in the office onsite with a client
    • 1+ years of working within a customer focused IT environment role
    • should have excellent communication skills
    • Troubleshooting Skills
    • a keen and a fast learner and be enthusiastic about helping users.
    • communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face
    • organisational ability and able to prioritise
    • SLAs are met; time to respond, time to resolve and first-time-fix.
    • to learn, gain relevant qualifications and accreditation's
    • well under pressure

    The Package:

    • hours will be 40 hours a week during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, between 8:30am – 5:30pm UK time)
