    BIM Coordinator

Our client is seeking a talented, ambitious, and committed BIM Coordinator to become an integral part of their dynamic London studio. Working in the central hub of design innovation, you'll enjoy the benefits of contributing to a highly creative and free-thinking team while closely collaborating with the Sector Lead. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting design teams, ensuring that BIM tools and workflows are central to the success of each project.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide direct support to project team members and report to the BIM Manager.

    Leverage a strong knowledge of AEC industry standards, tools, and practices to enhance workflow collaboration and efficiencies throughout project delivery.

    Monitor the performance and quality of BIM models, ensuring compliance with project-specific BIM requirements and company standards.

    Skill Requirements:

    Background in architecture with a professional degree.

    Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM authoring packages.

    Proficiency with Dynamo for workflow automation.

    Familiarity with ISO19650

    Highly beneficial to have knowledge of Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Ladybug, Revit.Inside, and BEAM.

    Proven experience in large-scale/complex model creation in Revit.
