We are interested in connecting with experienced residential property solicitors with 3+PQE for an exciting opportunity within a prominent regional law firm in Wiltshire.
The firm are a highly profitable, regional law firm with offices across the South-West, offering a full service to their corporate and private clients.
This role is based out of their second biggest office that currently has partners working across commercial property, residential conveyancing, private client and matrimonial law, with a majority being within property.
The team advises clients on a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, re-mortgages, refinancing, lender representation and residential development matters.
This role can be considered at the associate, senior associate or partner level.The ideal candidate will have at least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within a reputable, UK based residential property team.
The role will regularly involve working with high-net-worth clients on high-value property transactions and therefore it is essential that you are commercially minded and able to provide detailed and bespoke, technical advice to a wide range of clients.
You will also be responsible for managing a small team of support staff and so a proven track record of managing more junior members of a team would be preferred.
