A&C Booking Line Operator/Receptionist Band 3

PART TIME 20 HOURS 2 posts

Are you dynamic and enjoy teamwork? If so come and join the A&C physiotherapy team in West Lothian

There is no flexibility in the working hours or days.
You will have excellent communication, organisational, computer and touch typing skills
You will be able to work on your own initiative but also as part of a small team.
Previous experience of dealing with the public preferably in a Reception based setting is essential.
Telephony skills are essential to work on the central telephone booking line.
You will work in a well established team based in the physiotherapy department at St John's Hospital.
There are good transport links and some members of our staff happily commute from either Edinburgh or Glasgow
