HR Advisor - Hybrid
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Do you have at least one year's experience in HR and are looking for the next step in your career? Our client is a specialist insurance provider who is seeking an HR Advisor to play a key role in assisting the business to advise on HR issues.
As HR Advisor you will be supporting over 500 employees and ensuring that the client implements quality HR working practices, procedures, and systems.
HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Be the lead for HR service delivery, including providing guidance, acting as the escalation point, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the organisation through goal setting and performance reviews
- Manage HR systems, including working alongside the HR & Payroll Coordinator, keeping onboarding content up to date, and assisting the roll out of SagePeople to overseas offices
- Play a key role in developing HR's presence and visibility across the business
- Completing management information reporting, including creating the monthly and quarterly HR packs, supporting requests for HR reporting to assist with external audits, and creating other ad hoc HR reporting
HR Advisor Essentials:
- Experience of statutory policies and rights
- Handson with supporting performance review and appraisal processes
- Creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Managing HR projects (e.g. HR systems implementation)
- Ability to analyse and manipulate HR data and produce clevel HR MI/reporting
