    Our client is looking for an office based Finance Manager close to the Brentford area.

    Daily tasks for the Finance Manager (4 companies in total) include:

    · Daily Banking

    · Invoice processing

    · Processing expense requests

    · Credit control

    · Cash book maintenance

    · Cash Forecasts assistance

    · Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers

    · Banks reconciliation

    · Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

    · Basic administration

    · Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

    Personal qualities for the ideal Finance Manager to include:

    · Strong, organisational skills

    · Ability to work under pressure especially around month end

    · Work well in a team

    · Confident telephone manner

    · Good communication skills

    Skills, Experiences & Attributes:

    · Ideally hold a Finance Degree

    · Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

    · Good IT skills with experience of SAP B1 Accounting Software

    · Excellent Excel skills

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to work solely with minimum supervision

    · Be local to the Brentford area
