IT Support and Service Desk Operator - United Kingdom - KDR Talent Solutions
Description
Service Desk Analyst | £29-32K | Manchester (Hybrid)Come work for one of the UK's leading Social Housing Associations, tackling complex social issues and undergoing a period of significant change.
Providing front line technical support spanning various business areas for both software and hardware.
Providing technical support via telephone and face-to-face.
Building strong relationships across the business to ensure an excellent service.
Supporting Identity & Access Management.
Hybrid working with 1-2 days on-site and 3-4 days a week from home.

Previous service desk experience (1 year min).
e ServiceNow, Halo, Cherwell)
Hand on experience with Active Directory, SharePoint, and Intune/Autopilot.
Strong customer service skills.
