- Support the alignment of the organization's people strategy with its overall business strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives are closely integrated and contribute to the company's success.
- Provide professional leadership, support, and development opportunities to the HR and administration team, fostering knowledge-sharing and ensuring that professional standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement agenda, you will focus on enhancing engagement and well-being activities, maximizing productivity, and building leadership capability within the organization.
- Develop and execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with the company's values, business strategy, and commitments, creating an inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, you will drive employee engagement by developing internal communication strategies, processes, tools, and training to improve morale and promote productivity.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation related to HR, including data protection, the Equality Act, and health and safety.
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices
- Preferably, a CIPD qualification
- A degree is preferred but not essential
- Experience in a senior HR role
- Good knowledge and understanding of UK employment law
- Proven leadership experience
- Understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation, including data protection, the Equality Act, and health and safety
