    An Outstanding Ofsted school is currentlylooking for a Reception teacher in Banbury Oxfordshire from April2024; this school has beautiful grounds based in the heart ofBanbury Oxfordshire with an Outstanding Ofsted ratingreport.

    This is an exceptional oneform entryschool with a safe happy healthy and secure environment that isbased in SouthEast of England. The school creates a purposefullearning environment and seek to achieve a balance between adultledand childinitiated interactions andactivities.

    The school has a lovely SLT and ateam of dedicated and passionate staff who strive to guide andsupport children every step of the way as well as deliver afirstclass education. They work with children form the age of 2 to11 years old and provide a world class education where theirstudents are high achievers happy and can transition into theirnext phase of education.

    ReceptionTeacherResponsibilities:

    • Planand deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge andinspire Reception students to reach their fullpotential
    • Monitor and assess students progressand keep regular records of Reception students academicperformance
    • Create a positive learningenvironment that is both safe and conducive forlearning
    • Collaborate with school managementteaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support forReception students
    • Prepare and participate inschoolrelated activities such as performances events andparent/teacher meetings
    • Adhere to safeguardingpolicies and promote the welfare of allchildren
    • Use a variety of effective classroommanagement strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learningenvironment

    ReceptionTeacherRequirements:

    • Receptionteacher experience
    • QTS orequivalent
    • A recognized qualification inteaching preferably a PGCE Bachelors degree in Education or anyrelevant field
    • Proven experience in teachingReception in a mainstream primary or secondaryschool
    • Excellent classroom management skillswith the ability to engage and motivatelearners
    • Strong interpersonal skills with anability to communicate effectively with parents staff andstudents
    • Sound knowledge of the nationalcurriculum and its application in class
    • Abilityto adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learningstyles
    • A passion for teaching and making adifference in studentslives.
