Recruitrite are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join a team.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the Group / Company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

Covering all aspects of financial management within the group

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
• Working with an reporting figures to senior teams, management and the board of directors
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance
• Budgeting, Forecasting and Accounting: month-end and year-end
• Cost base and overhead analysis
• Banks and deferred income calculations and reconciliation
• Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Any other ad hoc financial management projects and initiatives

At least five years' experience, as a Finance Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong operating knowledge of all ledgers, accounting and financial administration
• ACCA / CIMA qualification
• Confident with Sales & Purchase ledgers
• Managing credit control for the group
