    Join as an Operations Manager

    We are a dynamic and growing company that specializes in world-class battery cell testing and technology solutions for the automotive sector, gigafactories, and battery pack developers. Due to our recent successes and continued project wins, we're seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving growth, managing teams, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategic and operational objectives to guide the company's growth and expansion.
    • Join the leadership team and act as a deputy to the CEO, supporting executive decision-making.
    • Oversee and manage the expansion of our facilities, assets, and teams, including building fit-outs and new project launches.
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
    • Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and operational data to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
    • Plan and manage inventory to ensure optimal purchase efficiency.
    • Implement quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience in operations leadership within companies providing technical services or production as a service.
    • Technical background or degree in engineering or science.
    • A "can-do" attitude with creativity and problem-solving skills to get things done.
    • Experience in managing small teams and supporting their growth.
    • Ability to interpret data and contribute to financial planning.
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and resourcefulness to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Calm under pressure with strong prioritization skills.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.

    Package including:

    • A competitive salary (£70,000 - £85,000)
