    Web Content Administrator

    3 Month Contract

    £200 - £250 per day Inside IR35

    London

    Hybrid - 60% Office - 40% Remote

    Our Client a leading global law firm in London is seeking a temporary Content Administrator who is familiar with M365 Product Suites for their new Intranet.

    This is an integral role to their intranet project, helping to create a personalised and engaging user experience, in line with their brand and internal communication strategy.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Building Pages and Sites
    • Create and manage pages and sites using SharePoint modern technology.
    • Uploading and managing documents on the intranet.
    • Review current intranet pages, transferring them to the new intranet site and building new pages
    • Make suggestions on page improvements
    • Ensure intranet content is presented clearly and concisely, actively following up with Site Owners to provide support and guidance on UX and information architecture best practices
    • Collaborate with relevant internal teams to help support and enable the project
    • Act as a user-facing point of contact for content editors; addressing queries and assisting as needed

    Experience Required:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suites is essential.
    • A keen eye for detail to ensure quality control.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to effectively interact with users and team members.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently without supervision.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise work
    • Highly developed customer-facing or stakeholder management skills
    • An ability to learn quickly and apply learning to real-life tasks and situations

    Beneficial To Have:

    • Experience of supporting content for websites, know-how, intranet or learning solutions.
    • Experience in a variety of roles that evidence an ability to challenge and embed new working practices whilst leading a can-do culture focussing on curiosity, collaboration, learning and development.
    • This role would suit a recent graduate with strong M365 skills.
