    Role Description:


    As an I&O Associate, you will play pivotal role in turning our unique capability in brand & marketing measurement into compelling insights for Marketing, Brand, and Leadership teams in Global Consumer & D2C organizations.

    We are scaling and integrating a corpus of cross-channel digital signals from social, search, web, reviews and offline survey datasets to uncover insights, to help our clients & new prospects succeed in the 21st Century marketing.

    In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with both our Clients and Data & AI team in answering the most pressing questions our clients are asking.

    You'll be using the tooling we've built to get insight rarely available. You will work in a vertical such as Food, Beverages, Beauty & Personal Care. In this role, you're expected to take ownership in the insight process from initiation to final delivery. You'll be defining research question, identifying the relevant data, and presenting the findings to clients and our Product team.

    Requirements3-6 years of Professional Experience in a leading Market Research, Start-up, or Strategy ConsultancyProfessional experience in Consumer Insights and/or Marketing SpendPassion for digital, social, mobile media, and other new platforms to help us maximize the insight generation process.

    Solid understanding in how FMCGs build brands, and measure their performanceSharp thinker and crisp communicator – able to break down complex matters into digestible and actionable formatAbility to synthesize large amounts of information - and translate into insightAutonomous completer-finisher mindset with proven track record in driving This is a client facing role and candidates must be comfortable in this environmentProven experience in conducting research & understanding various research methodologiesExperience in Hypothesis-led / Business Question driven storytellingA proven track record of writing plans and designing research projectsCulturally plugged in and literate in modern media from a user & industry perspective· Must have legal right to work in the job primary location.
