    Account Manager Support£28,000Reports to:

    Account ManagerThe CompanyWarwick HR are currently working on an opportunity for an Account Support to be based in Birmingham.

    Our client is the worlds leading freight invoice verification and payment company, who offer freight audit services and business intelligence tools to their clients.

    Theyre seeking afluent German speaking individual that has worked in a similar type role previously to join their team.


    Role Summary:


    Account Support is crucial in providing assistance and ensuring the satisfaction of clients or customers with a company's products or services.

    This position involves a combination of customer support, relationship management, workflow management and administrative tasks to contribute to overall client success.

    They are looking to recruit a German speaking person to support their EMEA team.


    Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral:
    Support new project and new implementation.

    Support creation of internal client profileSupport of implementation cadenceSupport any external communications including directly to clients, Communicating to clients/carriers as per process / tasks from Project LeadInterdepartmental communicationValidation of agreed business rules, tasks and processes from the project Handover support including application and maintenance of BAU processesHandover support, including supporting Project Manager and Account Managers with finalising remaining tasks.

    Information receiving/sharing between Project Manager and Account ManagerContinuous optimisation and automation of account tasks within allowed boundaries for companyinternal tasksWorkflow management & invoice processing as required.

    Operational Team Leader backupSupporting with TrackerPak maintenanceSupport of Account Tasks maintenanceCarrier set up.
    Client set up.
    Implementation cadenceSupport with process rules and validate processes against agreed business rules.
    Process rules control and validation.
    Support with Account Task set up.

    Status updatesSoft Audit prep and CommunicationQualifications and Attributes:
    Excel knowledge (including formulas)Presentational skillsAttention to detail.
    Analytical skillsGerman speaking person to support our EMEA team.
