Description
Travel Operations Administrator responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partner
- Maintain customer accounts and keep CRM updated
- Final checks of all pretrip documentation
- Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Handle changes in bookings
- Possible working on events both in the UK and abroad as required
Travel Operations Administrator skills:
- High levels of customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent at building relationships with clients, suppliers etc and able to go the extra mile
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Good MS skills such as Word and Excel
