Description

Travel Operations Administrator responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partner
  • Maintain customer accounts and keep CRM updated
  • Final checks of all pretrip documentation
  • Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Handle changes in bookings
  • Possible working on events both in the UK and abroad as required

Travel Operations Administrator skills:


  • High levels of customer service and attention to detail
  • Excellent at building relationships with clients, suppliers etc and able to go the extra mile
  • Experience in customer service and administration
  • Good MS skills such as Word and Excel
