If you're excited to dive into the world of construction and eager to learn, now's your chance As an Assistant Clerk of Works (CoW), you'll be at the heart of our projects, inspecting every step of the build process to ensure excellence.

With a supportive team by your side, this role isn't just a job - it's a journey of growth and learning opportunities.

Assist the CoW team in inspecting construction work for quality and compliance.
Keep the communication flowing with contractors to track progress and tackle issues.
Attend project meetings and provide support in resolving site problems and defects.
Stay updated on regulations, legislation, and new construction practices through training and CPD events.
Manage quality oversight, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions
Construction experience or relevant construction qualifications.
Knack for writing clear, concise reports that get to the heart of the matter.
Solid understanding of construction safety and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.

A full driving license is essential for this role.
