£20,319-£22,000 plus amazing benefits

Fantastic opportunity to work a hybrid working model working from home for half of the week and for the remainder within a brand new office based in Cardiff City Centre.

The company is established but this is a brand new site.
You would be part of providing exceptional Customer Support to a new lending Centre.

You will be given full supported training onsite for two weeks and once the training has been completed you will be responsible for managing all customer queries, processesand procedures relating to their existing loan.

This will involve liaising with external Third parties in addition to internal departments.
The role is Hybrid and will be partially based from home through the week.

The hours of work are 37.5 per week, between the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm on rotation.

Confident in speaking to customers with inbound and outbound calls
Articulate with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Ability to overcome objections and problem solve
Flexible and motivated
Detail orientated with the ability to work methodically
Able to prioritise tasks and workload to meet tight deadlines in a frequently changing environment

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to all enquiries, received by multiple channels to include telephone and writing
Ensure accurate figures are provided and communicated with the customer in a timely manner
Ensure timely correspondence with the third parties involved
Update the case management system with clear and accurate notes
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements with particular emphasis on treating customers fairly
