    My client is seeking a dedicated Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of property disputes, providing expert advice and representation to a varied client base.

    The role demands a solicitor with a robust understanding of property law, who can demonstrate a track record of effectively managing cases involving boundary disputes, lease renewals, landlord and tenant disputes, and other property-related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
