Our client are looking to hire an Engineering Manager with a background in Electrical Design.In this position, you will play a vital part in helping drive the business forward as well as overseeing a team of talented Design Engineers.
As an Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading a small team of Design EngineersEnsuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the best qualityConducting assessments to identify potential projects challengesBe involved with vital business decisions moving forward Be involved in the recruitment processConducting performance reviews and giving feedbackTo be considered for this Engineering Manager role, you will need the following:Experience in a leading/mentoring positionExperience in Electrical DesignAutoCAD Electrical proficientExperience in interpreting different technical schematics and report formatsIn return, our client is offering the following to the successful Engineering Manager £50,000 - £60,000Hybrid WorkingFlexible working hoursContributory group personal pension.
