    Job Summary:

    As an Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Staff member, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children in a nursery or early years setting.

    Your primary focus will be on the well-being, development, and education of children aged 0-5 years.

    You will work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and caregivers to ensure the best possible care and support for each child.

    Administer basic first aid when necessary and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities.

    Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any relevant information.

    Complete daily reports and share observations with parents to encourage open communication.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    Minimum of a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

    Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.

    Knowledge of child development theories and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

    Working Conditions:

    Typically works indoors in a nursery or early years setting.

    May involve standing, bending, and lifting as part of daily activities.

    Regular interactions with children, parents, and fellow staff members
