Event Manager
We are seeking an Event Manager for our client's chain of aesthetic clinics located within retail department stores.

Creatively use mind mapping to plan, promote, and execute events within the clinic or store.
Coordinate events efficiently, syncing schedules with partners for seamless execution.
Evaluate event performance rigorously, identifying areas for improvement and strategising accordingly.
Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to boost event attendance and revenue.
Craft local marketing plans for maximum impact.
Provide comprehensive training to staff on event preparation, promotion, and customer service.
Commit to meeting sales targets, driving event success and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with team members to publicise events effectively, aligning strategies with business goals.
Oversee event theme, brand, and creative elements to ensure alignment with objectives.
Coordinate client events and workshops seamlessly for smooth execution.

Work on-site at events as needed, overseeing operations.
Minimum 5 years of retail event management experience, coupled with a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with external promoters, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Confident and approachable in providing constructive feedback to colleagues and senior leadership teams.
Skilled in developing effective processes to ensure consistency across event operations.
Proficient in merchandising and layout, with demonstrated experience in project management and event management software/tools.
Experience in budget management and financial acumen, ensuring events are delivered within allocated resources.

Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation in event management practices.

Willingness and ability to travel and stay overnight when required.
