We are currently recruiting for a CX Coordinator who has a flair for, and an interest in Marketing and Communications to work at our clients head office based in Leeds on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.
37.5 hours£24k per annum plus excellent company benefits
Purpose:
- To support the business with internal marketing campaigns produces posters/leaflets etc
- To support the business in a variety of commercial and noncommercial functions.
Duties will include:
- Updating Service Boards
- Help with projects throughout the business
- Answering phones and dealing with enquiries
- General Office Administration
- Ad hoc requests from the wider business
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages and other applicable industry software would be ideal eg Microsoft suites, powerpoint
- Organised and Efficient
- Customer focused and commercially aware
- Target and success driven
