Do you have experience working in a financial environment, with brilliant customer service skills? If so, this part time role as Student Accounts Controller may be ideal.

You will work as part of the Student Accounts team to control the collection of tuition fees due from students and sponsors to aid the cash flows of the University, authorising payment plans, when needed.

You will help control the allocation of loan payments, student loyalty discounts and staff fee remission applications, discussing this with students and ensuring balances are correct/refunds are issued in a timely manner.

As Student Accounts Controller you will:
Collect tuition fees from a section of students including internal and external sponsors, assisting with the cash flows of the University
Discuss and arrange the payment of fees with students and sponsors on a case-by-case basis
Control the allocation of loan payments, and student loyalty discounts/staff fee remission applications - ensuring correct representation in the student database
Produce monthly reports for cash flow committee and senior managers
GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
Experience working in a financial and customer service environment

~43 days' leave per year (personal leave, bank holidays and additional days allocated for the Christmas period, pro rata for part-time staff)
