TEXO Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a confident and driven individual to join our client located in Enfield, Greater London, as a Relationship Liaison Officer on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong office background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and customers.

This role requires someone who is confident, personable, and enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer / client facing role.
• Strong office background with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Confident and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
