    Finatal is excited to be partnered with a leading media and creative agency, on the hunt for an accomplished and ambitious CFO to lead its financial strategy. Renowned for its innovative approach and backed by prominent private equity investors, this company is poised for remarkable growth in the dynamic world of film and creative content.

    The company is aiming to go through a period of unprecedented expansion, predominantly through additional acquisitions, shaping the future of the company as well as its geographical presence. This role promises the opportunity to make a substantial impact in the dynamic realm of film production and creative content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's ambitious growth objectives. This involves identifying key financial opportunities and risks, ensuring effective capital allocation, and maximizing financial performance.
    • M&A Integration: Lead the seamless integration of acquired entities, ensuring that financial processes are optimized for efficiency and synergy. This includes overseeing financial due diligence, negotiating terms, and implementing integration plans to drive value creation.
    • Private Equity Collaboration: Cultivate strong partnerships with private equity investors, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This involves providing regular financial updates, presenting growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between investor expectations and company goals.
    • Business Scaling: Drive domestic and international expansion efforts, leveraging prior experience to identify growth opportunities and execute expansion strategies. This includes evaluating market dynamics, developing entry strategies, and managing operational and financial risks associated with scaling the business.
    • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Establish robust financial reporting and analysis frameworks to provide timely and accurate insights into the company's financial performance. This involves developing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting variance analysis, and presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated financial leadership in innovative and entrepreneurial environments within the film or creative industry.
    • Capital Optimization: Strong history of optimizing capital structures, managing debt, and navigating financial complexities.
    • Business Scaling: Track record of successfully scaling businesses in high-growth, hands-on environments.
    • Private Equity Experience: Experience collaborating with private equity investors to drive business growth.
    • Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA Required
