We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure a positive experience throughout their interaction with our company.


Duties:


  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate

Skills:


  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

Salary:
From £23,843.00 per year
