Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or complaints
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Salary:
From £24,228.16 per year
