Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team in. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze situations to provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £24,495.65 per year
