Description
We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders or making changes to their accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, identifying the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Qualifications:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Salary:
From £24,683.01 per year
