Job description:


Main purpose of the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Shared Services Coordinator to join us based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with agile/hybrid working.

This role provides a great opportunity to work within the Human Resources function and gain insight into many aspects of the business.

The individual will report to the HR Shared Services Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team to support the attraction, development, and retention of our employees, as well as managing the company's internal systems, being fully responsible for compliance and employee documentation, employee information and general administration.


There is also opportunity for the post holder to be involved with internal projects to improve efficiencies and support wider business objectives from the HR agenda.
