Culture Recruitment Group is working with a client who is looking for a Internal Communications Officer and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £35,000 and benefits package.

As a flexible Internal Communications Officer, you will deliver internal communications outputs that contribute to overall business plans.

You will achieve this by providing specialist input, advice and guidance to support the business achieve agreed businessobjectives through effective and engaging communications.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Devise and execute the Internal Communication Framework for the client
  • including researching and deploying a best practice approach to internal communications tools and techniques.
  • Provide communication planning support to internal stakeholders to ensure that all initiatives, change programmes and key parts of our proposition are planned, scheduled and communicated in timely fashion.
  • Write copy in an engaging and informative way for multiple audiences taking briefs from internal stakeholders and deploying it with pace and accuracy.

In terms of experience, you will have:

  • Proven internal communications experience including introducing best-in-class channels and techniques to a business
  • Excellent planning, copywriting and editing skills
  • Worked with and influencing stakeholders up to and including the C-Suite
  • Managed multiple channels online and offline for a diverse organisation
  • Delivered communications to fieldbased / remote / offline workforces
In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a favourable salary up to £35,000 and benefits package.
