MTrec's New Opportunity;

The Job You'll Do;

  • Effective communication and liaison with customers, for order processing and invoicing.
  • Customer complaints, ensure they are forwarded to the Quality and Operations team for investigation and close out.
  • Work with production planner to ensure production orders meet the customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report weekly on sales volumes and value against budget and prior year.
  • Liaise with Account Managers for customer contact and reviews.
  • Check and ensure all pricing is correct on the system, invoicing is accurate and at time of despatch.
  • Issue credit notes, as required ensuring investigation of root cause and sign off by Operations Director.
  • Maintain and analysis DTR and DTP measures and instigate corrective actions / improvements where necessary.

About You;

  • Experience within a Customer Service/Administration role previously.


  • IT literate

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Ability to adapt to various situations.
  • Experience working within a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good longevity within previous roles.
