MTrec's New Opportunity;
The Job You'll Do;
- Effective communication and liaison with customers, for order processing and invoicing.
- Customer complaints, ensure they are forwarded to the Quality and Operations team for investigation and close out.
- Work with production planner to ensure production orders meet the customer requirements.
- Monitor and report weekly on sales volumes and value against budget and prior year.
- Liaise with Account Managers for customer contact and reviews.
- Check and ensure all pricing is correct on the system, invoicing is accurate and at time of despatch.
- Issue credit notes, as required ensuring investigation of root cause and sign off by Operations Director.
- Maintain and analysis DTR and DTP measures and instigate corrective actions / improvements where necessary.
About You;
- Experience within a Customer Service/Administration role previously.
- IT literate
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to adapt to various situations.
- Experience working within a fast paced and changing environment.
- Strong administration skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good longevity within previous roles.
