- Responsibility for European Motorhome partner order management.
- Regular communication with our European Motorhome Partners and Ford team.
- Manage weekly deployment of automated reporting (via Alteryx)
- Validation of reporting data.
- Provide insights, feedback, process improvements to Ford management team.
- Ability to run reports in Excel and Alteryx (or similar)
- Competence in PowerPoint, Word, One Note, SharePoint.
- Ability to learn other bespoke systems.
- Demonstrable analysis skills and experience.
- Ability and confidence to present results and findings to senior stakeholder management.
- Pro-active attitude, self-starter who requires limited supervision.
- Be a quick learner be able to resolve issues with a continuous improvement mind set.

MSX International is looking for an Order Fulfillment and Reporting Specialist to join our Ford Pro Special Vehicles Team based in Dunton, Essex. You will be part of our European team working within the Order Management section, dedicated to our Motorhome sector for convertors based in Europe.
The Role
This role has two distinct functions – the first is order management for our European Motorhome partners - creating and amending orders to support production scheduling with regular customer communications. The second part of the role is to manage the deployment of our weekly status reports to our partners; feeding back ordering and reporting insights to the Ford Pro Management team.
