Description

You will be working within the billing team producing monthly bills, analysing meter data and associated duties.

As the role involves contacting our customers and liaising with clients, you will have good communication skills, be calm and professional and able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Accessing meter reading systems and downloading data
Analysis of meter readings and consumption
Data collation for efficiency monitoring
Schedule monitoring and review
Any other ad-hoc duties as identified
Competent IT Skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
Working with domestic and business customers
Utility or billing
Senior or team leader position
Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English

35 hour working week – Monday to Friday between 8am and 6 pm
