Description

Role Purpose As a Consumer Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and building a comprehensive range of LED lamps, solar products, consumer luminaries and portable power stations.

Present new products and ideas to management and EMEA consumer team for approval and launch within agreed timelines.
Maintain and update product and cost roadmaps, as well as new product development presentations monthly.
Define marketing, commercial and promotional strategy together with marketing and sales teams.
Liaise with the EMEA consumer sales team, providing regular updates on product development and commercialisation plans.
Prepare and analyse product and competition benchmark data.
Perform sales performance analysis, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
Create comprehensive product launch packs and provide necessary briefs to marketing and creative teams.
Developpackaging, artwork, and selling sheet/brochure content for marketing and creative teams.
Conduct monthly product life cycle, inventory and range rationalisation review.

Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

Demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and cultivate an innovation-focused mindset to effectively develop products that cater to consumer channel.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.

Experience in cultivating partnerships with both international and national retail accounts, such as new product listings, range extensions, and promotional initiatives.

Ability to process and analyse data, good knowledge of excel, working with pivot tables.
Willingness to travel within Europe and Asia.
