- Carrying out Red Book valuations as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
- Participating in all stages of complex portfolio valuations.
- Remote working available for all positions.
- Ideally 2 years PQE valuation experience, though recently qualified Registered Valuers will be considered.
- Keen to work in a successful and well-organised national team, self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and an enquiring mind.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in producing clear and concise written reports and recommendations.
