Bury Council is on the lookout for a talented and experienced individual to join our esteemed Intermediate Care Team as an Adults Advanced Practitioner.

Adults Advanced Practitioner - Intermediate Care Team
Location:
Bury, Greater Manchester
Pay Rate:
£32 per hour
Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Support a small but experienced team of social workers and social care officers.
Work across bed-based and home-based services.
Work within a wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure individuals are given every opportunity to remain in or return to their own homes.
Provide guidance and oversight on complex cases.Use your skills and experience to resolve complex issues effectively.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Proven experience in case handling and managerial roles, preferably at Level 3 or above.
Experience in working with complex issues and situations.
A passion for social work and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
A valid social work qualification.
