NS5 £21,968 - £22,369 (pay award pending)

37 hours per week
Following an internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a Database Co-ordinator to join our Compliance & Safety team. In this varied role, you will support officers to deliver an effective and efficient service to the Council.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Responsibility for updating the compliance databases
  • Assisting in coordinating the compliance testing and servicing programmes
  • Assisting in identifying the performance of individual assets and properties
  • Assisting in developing short and longterm investment plans
  • Ensuring that asset management systems and other data sources including the Asset Management Database, the programmed works systems, the asbestos register, and vulnerability data are maintained and continually updated for effective business use.
  • Providing direct support to the wider Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit. working very closely with the Compliance Surveyors and with links into the Councils central IT function.
