Frontline Recruitment are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our client's agricultural contracting and manufacturing business.

Our client is located just outside of Sherborne in Dorset, on the South Coast, a small family business needing a reliable person.

The purpose of this role is operation of mobile seed processing plant across farms in the Southwest.

Do you have a background in farming?
- would be capable of driving large vehicles,
- ideally some workshop experience, including engine maintenance and fabrication.

Happy working outside all year round and sometimes away from home (enhanced pay to cover this inconvenience)
Ability to work as part of a small team and long term have the leadership skills to run a small team unsupervised.
Experience of working in an agricultural environment, machinery maintenance and operating machinery would also be an advantage but not essential.
Traditionally this position has suited people who enjoy working in agriculture but are looking for a different challenge.

It will be a fully supervised role with no previous experience necessary.

Working day starts at 7am and depends on workload will finish around 6-7pm. They work some Saturdays so availability for this would be a bonus.

Basic pay of £15 p/h with overtime at time and half over 39/week.
