Role:
Vehicle Damage Assessor/ Estimator

Location:
Basingstoke

Salary:
Up to £37,000

Hours:
Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00

Your future employer really does put the customer at the heart of their business and with their continued growth and expansion they are looking to add you to the repair centre team.

When you start you will be working with the aftersales teams to make sure your customers experience is to a high standard.

About your new position:

Estimating accurately, in detail and then presenting it to the customer.
Being clear with and understanding the customer's needs and desires.
An understanding of the full range of competitors' products and services.
Keeping the customer Informed of any additional repairs needed over and above those estimated for, including costs and revised quotes.
Liaising with insurance companies and third parties to access necessary claim information.
Carrying out all estimations.
Handing over completed vehicles.
Assisting the Workshop Controller.
Responsibility for work quality and final checking of all vehicles.
