Description

Trinity Business Support are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our South Shields based client, for a period of two months (possibly longer).


Due to now being in their peak business period, they're now looking to add a new staff member to their team, based in their office on Middlefields Industrial Estate.

This role will run from November 2- January 8th - possibly longer


Duties include:

  • Calling customers to arrange waste collections
  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Inputting data on to the inhouse computer system
  • Data input
  • Printing waste collection and delivery paperwork
  • Working closely with other departments
  • General duties as and when required

Shifts:

Tuesday to Friday

flexibility will be required)

37.5hrs per week


Pay:

£11.70ph - paid weekly


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£11.70 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
