Position:
School Receptionist

Location:
Corby

Hours:
Full-time, 37 hours per week

Contract:
Temporary to Permanent

Term time only, with 5 training days

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible)

Start Date:
January 4th, 2023 (Opportunity for an earlier start)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING/VOLUNTEERING IN A SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

Your Role:

As a School Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our school, playing a crucial role in creating a warm and supportive atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.

Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, handling inquiries, organizing appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Strong organisational abilities
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus
