    As a Credit Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial health of our business by ensuring responsible credit extension and prompt debt collection.

    Resolving billing or collection disputes and liaising with internal teams to address customer issues
    Assessing the credit risk of new and existing customers
    Analysing financial data and credit reports to set informed credit limits
    Collaborating with sales and management teams to establish appropriate credit terms
    Maintaining comprehensive documentation of credit agreements, invoices, and payment terms
    Providing management with insights and recommendations for credit-related decisions
    Collaborating with the finance team to optimise cash flow and minimise bad debt risk
    Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and legal regulations
    Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
    Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
    Sound knowledge of credit management principles and practices
    Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
    Professional certifications in credit management (e.g.
