Falkirk

Salary circa £55k (DOE)
Join Lusona Consultancy's service sector client in a Finance Business Partner role located close by to the Falkirk area.

This is a newly created role within the team, offering an excellent opportunity for a commercially and operationally minded individual.

Collaborating with financial and non-financial stakeholders across the business, your main responsibilities will include:

Business partnering support to the Group Financial Controller.
Driving automation through operational financial systems and processes.
Supporting the preparation of monthly board packs.
Developing KPI reports and conducting performance review with operational stakeholders.
Providing financial information to key stakeholders (financial and nonfinancial) with analysis where necessary.
Collaborating with the wider finance team to manage internal controls, procedures and processes from a financial perspective.
Ad hoc analysis as requested by the senior management team.

Applicants will ideally be a qualified accountant, with strong analytical and data manipulation skills. However, strong part qualified accountants and qualified by experience accountants will also be considered. You will also have demonstrable experience in a varied and fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have a willingness to analyse and challenge results in order to drive continuous improvement.

As such, it is important to be a team player and be able to build relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Advanced systems skills are necessary for this role, such as advanced excel. The use of Power BI and SAGE 200 is desirable but not essential.
