- You must be educated to Degree level in a relevant field
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments is a plus
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Utilise a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office work to maximise productivity
- This is a fully remote role
