• The appointed Property Lawyer will be able to handle a caseload of a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters, that specifically includes Buy to Let property purchases, New build and Auction work.
• The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law with at least 4 years' experience in residential property matters.
• The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working within a team to achieve the department's goals.
• You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.
