    Service Co-ordinator
    Shift patterns vary rota-based system (You must be flexible)
    NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or Level 2 with a willingness to work towards Level 3)

    At least 2 years experience working with people with learning disabilities using a person-centred approach and experience working with and relating to people from diverse backgrounds.

    Regularly review and update support guidelines.
    Align rotas with individual needs to ensure personalised care.
    Actively promote principles, conduct staff inductions and facilitate continuous training.
    Support the team in nurturing the wellbeing of individuals and fostering meaningful connections.
    Oversee budgets, ensure policy adherence, and meet contractual and CQC requirements.
    Provide direct support, contribute to projects enhancing the organisation.
    Embracing flexibility, you willingly undertake any additional duties assigned by Service Managers or the Chief Executive.
    Able to support people consistence with their rights, choices, and responsibilities. While also supporting individuals to make informed choices. Competent in supporting personal care needs whilst showing dignity and respect. Must promote inclusion and support individuals to maintain relationships. Ability to manage money and resources including rotas.
