    As an F&B Operations Manager, you will ensure that you are responsible for
    overseeing the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations and
    providing operational support in all areas of F&B-C&B in order to
    ensure guest experience, flow, and outlet capacity is optimum at all times

    What will you be doing?

    • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Food
      Safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Review and control the weekly payroll budget
      with ensuring that all F & B Department Rota's are completed in a timely
      fashion.
    • Manage day-to-day operations, drive quality, and
      verify standards are meeting the expectations of our guests daily.
    • Analyse guest feedback, implement improvements,
      and develop initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
    • Drive sustainable practices through the
      department and across the wider hotel.
    • Identify opportunities to increase Profits with
      driving Revenue and create value by challenging existing processes, encouraging
      innovation and driving necessary change
    • Drive training within the team in conjunction
      with the Director of Food and Beverage, actively encouraging team members to
      partake in courses such as WSET or obtaining industry qualifications
