Looking for a new opportunity to get hands on with modern Cloud technologies?
Somewhere you'll be working on a global SaaS with millions of users?
My client a SaaS are looking for 6 English and Mandarin/Cantonese speaking Support Engineers to work on their Cloud Infrastructure. Supporting AWS and Azure services, utilising monitoring tools such as Grafana or Dynatrace to ensure uptime and reliability. With this role you'll be working over 5:00pm - 1:00am and 1:00am to 8:00am to support their global product as 24/7 Support.
doing so, you'll be creating a managing tickets via JIRA and supporting documentation for future proofing the product.
In return you'll be in a full team of 10 and be offered up to £40,000 plus benefits including hybrid/remote working, pension schemes, training budget and more.
