Description

To provide support to the Recruitment Business Partners, and be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle across designated business units.


Responsibilities include:


  • Scheduling interviews and meetings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing the timely collation and sharing of feedback with the business where required
  • Support the Recruitment Team with ad hoc requests and projects
  • Sourcing diverse talent directly through a variety of approaches
  • Providing an excellent experience to everyone you interact with on a daily basis
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked within the ATS (Workday), in realtime, and run reports as and when needed
  • Build relationships with the recruitment team, hiring managers, administrative teams, and interviewers across departments to facilitate strong internal communication
  • Help drive our recruitment initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects for example our DE&I agenda

Essential experience:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired experience:


  • Prior experience of working in an inhouse recruitment team
  • Knowledge of ATSs, preferably Workday
  • Experience of working for an Asset Management, Hedge Fund, Investment Manager firm is highly desirable, but not essential
