Description
To provide support to the Recruitment Business Partners, and be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle across designated business units.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling interviews and meetings in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing the timely collation and sharing of feedback with the business where required
- Support the Recruitment Team with ad hoc requests and projects
- Sourcing diverse talent directly through a variety of approaches
- Providing an excellent experience to everyone you interact with on a daily basis
- Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked within the ATS (Workday), in realtime, and run reports as and when needed
- Build relationships with the recruitment team, hiring managers, administrative teams, and interviewers across departments to facilitate strong internal communication
- Help drive our recruitment initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects for example our DE&I agenda
Essential experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired experience:
- Prior experience of working in an inhouse recruitment team
- Knowledge of ATSs, preferably Workday
- Experience of working for an Asset Management, Hedge Fund, Investment Manager firm is highly desirable, but not essential
